Graduation Day!!

Dax had his preschool graduation on Wednesday! His teacher, Mrs. Fowler, did a great job and so did all the kids!! They left the room and came back in with their caps on :) Dax is the first in the class alphabetically so he led the way! They did the pledge of allegiance and sang a song about the flag. They learned the alphabet in sign language and showed us. Then they sang the five green and speckled frogs song :) wicked cute. Mrs. Folwer presented each child with a diploma after saying some words about them. It was really sweet and i fought back tears a few times. We are so proud of this little man ;) love you bubba

He starts Kindergarten at Abby's year round school this summer. His first day of Kindergarten is my 30th bday :) should be a fun day ;)

Angry Birds!!

G turned FIVE, 6 days after Dax! I went over on Sat night and helped SooMee make angry bird tissue poofs that turned out WICKED CUTE! He loves anything and everything angry birds haha...so on Sunday before heading over for cake and ice cream I had an idea....

Haha I am a fabric junkie so I had all the scraps i needed to make up a shirt lol they even had a black tail on the back ;) We got G a couple angry bird games and Dax was right in front of him when he opened one. Dax grabs his shoulder and says all excited after G has opened one "You like me right now, right?!?!" HAHA we all cracked up! But it got better... the next game we game him had the wood blocks you can build up like angry birds and launch a bird at it to knock it down. Dax pronounces "We gave you wood!!!" we.were.on.the.floor.laughing. classic. Happy Birthday G!

I got to help my best friend out this morning and watch her kids :) (doesn't always line up with my days off that I can help so this was a treat :) ) We had a fun time just having them around doing what we do

Grandpa, Grandma, and Aunt Rusty, Beth, Vinnie, and the girls, and SooMee, Rob, and the kids came over for cake and ice cream to help us celebrate our little man. Love you Bubba!

2 fantastic kids(when they aren't frowning lol)...3 cities...5 vehicles...1 trip to Disneyland...3 hair colors...6 businesses...

Ta-da!!!

A couple hours of work this morning and we have grass!! Jb borrowed his uncles rototiller last week and we tilled the backyard(which was mostly dirt anyways), raked it out and got it ready for sod. Thanks grandma and grandpa! We're not suppose to walk on it for 4 days?? The kids are dieing to get their toes on it! Honestly neither can i! But in the meantime...I just love looking at it :)

Two days of fun so far :) we woke up at 630 again and got ourselves down to the ferry station to catch the 8:30 ferry back to vallejo

Day 2 :)

So this morning we got up and out on the town to get on the 9:15am Alcatraz ferry. It was a BEAUTIFUL day!!! We took the audio tour around the cell house. We stayed on the island for a couple hours...it was neat and interesting. Afterwrds we headed to Haight Ashbury by trolly!! Audrey and I stood on the outside step! It was wicked fun and got me excited for tomorrow ;) haight street was a lot of..... alternative :)... shops. We walked up one side of the street and back down the other the. Took the bus to china town and walked to north beach "little italy" and had dinner. Some fun shopping and great weather :)
