Sweetness

Had a lunch date with my boys today and at the end got some flowers!! I'm leaving them on my desk...only 1 day off for the next 10 days. Should help brighten my spirits :) thanks boys! Love you!

Pedicure

I dropped off both kids at school last monday and met a friend for my first professional pedicure! It was lovely haha i showed abb my pretty toes when she came home and she asked if shee could have one! Its a fun treat we do. I get a warm bucket of water and soak her feet, clip and file her nails, scrub her feet, lotion and massage up her calves, then paint nails. Its such a nice time, dax wanted his done as well :) shes in blue, hes in orange

For my own tracking...
Just played a letter game with Dax. He could only recogize upper case V, X, Q. Had a very difficult time putting letters in order which makes sense since he only recognizes 3. Matching lower to upper was just as hard.

We have an owl that frequents our tree. We just came home from a movie and heard it hooting :)

When is halloween???!!

Oh right...not for another month and a half!! We bought his costume last night and he fell asleep on the way home so i got woken up to spiderman this morning.....and i have a feeling its going to be a regular occurance haha as you can see the kids at abbs school thought it was pretty great :)

Build a bear

The kids got gift cards a while back and we finally used them on abbs first day of 1st grade back in july. Lulu got a kitten and Dax got a weiner dog. Kittens name is Rosie and bubba named his....Super Puppy!!! So it was pretty cute when super puppy was playing dress up today with dax :)

National grandparents day!

So larry calls renee the dragon, because she swoops down and breaths fire on everything :) aww how sweet lol dax started calling her 'grandma dragon'....haha .......so with it being national grandparents day and all we made a cake for gma dragon :D and grandpa because he loves dragons!
