Girls trip to San Fran!!

Sue, Angie, Audrey, and myself planned a little trip :) I mentioned it to Renee on Easter and she offered her time share points to stay at the hotel in san fran and they had a room available so here we are! We drove to Vallejo this morning and took the one hour ferry ride into San Francisco. It was fun to see the city from the water. So beautiful. We walked a few blocks seeing what was around and then caught a cab to the hotel....I love how hilly it is!! I thought it was just a big hill but its so up and down! The cab drivers are crazy!!

We have challenged Abby to read 100 books...(her school did an off track challenge that we failed so we are trying again haha) .... so there are 100 buttons in the bowl that she gets to take one out per book :) we'll see how long it is until we make it to u-swirl. Day one!!

So one of our latest food fetishes is edamame. Steamed in the pods in the microwave for 5 mins and doused with salt. Yummy!! :) So it was one of the side dishes with dinner the other night, and the question pops out of Dax's mouth...one that I'm surprised hasn't come out earlier lol

Playdoh

I had the chance to watch my friends cute kids while she was at work, and we brought over our playdoh ice cream player and stuff to make playdoh. They all sat around the counter making ice cream sundaes and rolling out snakes :) good times

Abby and Grandma dragon have a girl date for new shoes every so often :) they went out this weekend while i was working and jb was at the track... Abb picked out these beauties! :) lol and put this outfit together. Oh sugarbeat... or should i saw Punky Brewster ;)

Speedy!

We played speed scrabble with the Lattins 2 new years ago and have been hooked!!! They have a bowl on their table of the tiles and ive been jealous for years :) i finally found my third set at goodwill yesterday and bought a glass bowl to hold them since now our old bowl is too small!! I fabric starched some fabric on the outside and Voila!! Love it! Bring on the Speed Scrabble!!!

We are wicked excited!! We saw them last summer at an Artown performace. I was at the library last week and saw the flyer. They are performing at 3 libary branches and we are going to go to 2 of the shows :) woot woot!

Dropped a little boy off at preschool....

And picked up a puppy!!! Haha with a collar that says "Mud Bud" :) All the kids were barking when the parents came in. Super cute!
